1 - Intellectual Property and Counterfeiting

Haven owns the intellectual property rights and holds the usage rights to all elements accessible on the website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, architecture, icons, and sounds. 

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the Site's elements, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited without prior written authorization from Haven. 

Any unauthorized use of the Site or any of its elements will be considered an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code. 

2 - Data Collection 

The collection of personal data is carried out in compliance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), with Haven using the services of www.axeptio.eu to obtain your consent for necessary processing.

3 - Limitation of Liability 

Haven cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the user's equipment when accessing the Site. While we are committed to securing the Site to the best of our ability, our liability cannot be held if undesirable data is imported and installed on the site without our knowledge. 

4 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction 

Any dispute relating to the use of the www.haven-annecy.fr website is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Annecy.

1 - What is personal data? 

The term "personal data" or "personal information" refers to any information relating to you by which you can be identified directly or indirectly (e.g., your first name, last name, address, mobile phone number, email address, etc.). 

2 - How does the collection and protection of personal data work?

In any case, Haven only collects personal information relating to the user as necessary for certain services offered by the Site.
